Very Agency helped the Norwegian finer foods supplier Oluf Lorentzen launch a B2C platform, after being an exclusive B2B wholesaler for the restaurant and retail industry for the past 150 years. The goal was to create awareness and establish oluf.no as the country's leading home delivery provider of finer foods.
Despite a long history and being well known among professionals, the average Norwegian had little knowledge. We conducted extensive consumer insight studies and advised on matters such as tone of voice, channel strategy and positioning in a highly competitive market. Purchasing finer foods is often emotionally driven and on special occasions. Food is feelings, senses and status.
Working with food community profiles and conducting sound market analysis, we created a positioning strategy and b2c market approach for Oluf.no. Furthermore we upgraded the visual identity, designed ads and packaging, and created content for social media with a focus on promoting first class food delivered home to customers' doors.
